Superdelegate Nancy Pelosi Endorses Hillary Clinton For President

House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi of California is finally ready to embrace Hillary Clinton as her party's nominee ahead of her state's primary on Tuesday. She even called for the former secretary of state to choose Massachusetts Senator Elizabeth Warren as her running mate for vice president.

Nancy Pelosi proudly declared her support of Hillary Clinton for president on ABC's Good Morning America before the presumptive democratic nominee's home state's primary. She said that as a voter in California, she has voted for Hillary Clinton for president. She was also quoted saying she's "proud to endorse her for that position, but I hasten to say it's not over until it's over."

ABC News' George Stephanopoulos interview in with Nancy Pelosi, she also responded to a question about the potentials of Massachusetts Sen. Elizabeth Warren as vice president because it would be "fabulous" for two women joining the ticket. Once again, she hastened to note the decision is for the former secretary state to make. - Politico stated.

Pelosi made the statement hours after The Associated Press and television networks said Hillary Clinton secured enough number of delegates to clinch the nomination for president of the United States on Monday night.
