MacBook Pro 2016 News & Update: Mockups Reveals Huge Differences From Its Predecessors

MacBook Pro 2016 is the most anticipated laptop of the year. Apple customers have been clamoring for its arrival during the company's spring event. Unfortunately, to the dismay of many, MacBook Pro 2016 and MacBook Air 2016 were a no-show during the event.

However, per the new reports, the new MacBook Pro will sport new features that are not present in its predecessors. These new design and additional specs will surely make it better. Here are some of the new things that you can expect from MacBook Pro 2016.

MacBook Pro 2016 Will Have A Better Design

Parent Herald previously reported that the new model of MacBook Pro would be the thinnest and cheapest in its lineup. Aside from the lighter and more portable design, the new MacBook Pro 2016 will also sport a smaller key travel with a larger trackpad that promises better features.

Per WCCFTech, it may take time for users to get used to with the smaller keys but it has higher key travel compared to the 12-inch MacBook's butterfly key layout. MacBook Pro 2016's New Features

Meanwhile, based on the leaked photo that Cult of Mac received an anonymous insider who claimed to be working for Apple's manufacturing partner in China, the new MacBook pro will include an OLED panel and USB-C port.

The rumored OLED panel is located just above the keyboard itself. It also comes with two speaker grilles on the either side of the keyboard. The speakers were placed at the back of the keyboard for older MacBook Pro models.

MacBook Pro is also expected to sport the latest Intel Skylake processor. With this advanced processor, the new laptop is expected to be better and faster in performance and speed.

MacBook Pro 2016 Release Date

Initially, MacBook Pro 2016 and MacBook Air 2016 are expected to arrive this month at Apple's WWDC. Unfortunately, new reports suggest that the anticipated laptop will not be available until the last quarter of the year. There are rumors that MacBook Pro 2016 will be released in October.
