The publication speculates that Bonnie will be the one to save these two given that Enzo and Damon were the ones who saved her life as well.

However, many fans believe that Bonnie will be forced to make a sacrifice in "The Vampire Diaries" Season 8. It is possible that Bonnie will choose to sacrifice herself in order to awaken Elena (Nina Dobrev) from her sleep, but it is also possible that she will sacrifice either Damon or Enzo.

An earlier interview with series creator Julie Plec revealed that Bonnie will be having a hard time in "TVD" Season 8. Plec said that Bonnie will be one who is most paralyzed over this situation.

If Bonnie will save Enzo in "The Vampire Diaries" Season 8, there is still a chance to save Damon from his killing spree. There are rumors that Nina Dobrev will be reprising her role as Elena Gilbert in the upcoming season of the show, reports Inquisitr.

Fans are also debating on whether Dobrev will return as Elena or as Katherine in "TVD" Season 8. Since Damon was lured into the vault because of Elena's voice, it is also possible that Elena will be the one to save him from complete destruction.
