'Game Of Thrones' Season 6 Finale: Will Jon Snow's Parents Be Revealed?

Few minutes before Ramsay Bolton's totally gruesome ending in the recently concluded "Game of Thrones" Season 6 episode, Jon Snow informs his allies that his brother Rickon would be laid to rest beside their father in the Winterfell crypt underground. So far, this meant that viewers would be given a sneak peek once again into what could be the most widely anticipated revealing finale for this season.

As Jon Snow would be making his way back into the Stark family crypt, different questions and past visions of his lineage could finally be answered. So far, a Reddit user has shared a rather convincing theory as to how the show's favorite bastard would eventually uncover the truth in the season finale, who said that Snow might likely find an empty grave for Ned Stark, and something else, in a Popsugar post:

Moving on, Jon Snow apparently continues to descend into the lower levels of the family crypt amidst the glowing darkness. Finding his way blocked by debris and rubble, he sees some hint of another empty tomb, as if waiting on that opportune moment for someone to discover it.

Curiosity intensified, Jon Snow walks over to that seemingly prepared, empty tomb and begins to wipe away the dirt from the stone. What he sees takes him back a bit, as he faintly makes out his name written on top of the slab. And underneath it, inscribed Rhaegar Targaryen and Lyanna Stark as Snow's mystery parents.

In a related Telegraph UK post, one of the season's episodes showed Jon Snow's younger brother Bran looking into one of his visions as to what happened in the Tower of Joy, where his father Ned runs towards a woman screaming in the tower. Viewer speculations went abuzz as to who that woman have been, and the best guess yet: Lyanna Stark. In the hope that his vision could be continued and further revealed in the season finale, the excitement continues.
