The "Sherlock Season 4" premiere episode will have James Holmes join Benedict Cumberbatch as well as "Game Of Thrones" Telltale actor Sacha Dhawan and "Dr Who" actor Daniel Hoffmann-Gill. James Holmes is not the third brother that made the mill on "Sherlock Season 4" (believed to be played by Tom Hiddleston) but is instead an actor in "Miranda" and will play the role of Passenger.

According to Den Of Geek, Benedict Cumberbatch as Holmes will be joined by more friends (and foes) in "Sherlock Season 4." Most deadly of all "Sherlock Season 4" additions will be Toby Jones as vengeful Culverton Smith, who is out for Holmes' blood.

"Sherlock Season 4" is expected to rely heavily on Arthur Conan Doyle's depiction of Culverton Smith. However, co-creator Mark Gatiss and episode director Rachel Talalay of "The Flash" fame will undoubtedly update Culverton Smith to suit the modern Holmes by Benedict Cumberbatch.
