'Dragon Ball: Xenoverse' 2 Release Date & Spoilers: Will Feature Steve Aoki and A Lot of Other Features

The "Dragon Ball: Xenoverse" video game was one of the considerable surprises successes of the previews years, with many gamers praising its innovative gameplay mechanics. Ever since the game started to gain traction after its release, fans have been clamoring to see a sequel that would hopefully fix the bugs that were still present that made the game less enjoyable than it could have been. Well, prayers have been answered and Bandai Namco has set an official release date for the sequel.

According to reports from GameSpot, the official release date of the game is Oct. 25, 2016 for the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One consoles, while PC gamers will get their hands on the game 3 days later on the 28th.  There will be a lot more features to this direct sequel with existing ones being massively improved as well.

Music producer Steve Aoki has also been confirmed to be working on the game. Aoki will be featured as a non-playable character while his music will form a large part of the game's highly awaited soundtrack. His work on the game will definitely make it both more marketable and definitely more enjoyable.

The avatar customization system will be much more extensive and race-specific bonuses will be added. The larger hub will be able to accommodate around 300 players all at the same time. A new transportation system will also be introduced in the sequel together with new characters such as Turles and possibly Future Gohan.

The better framerate and camera could definitely make the various combat changes even more exciting. According to reports "Dragon Ball: Xenoverse 2" will be running at an astonishing 60 frames per second and will have what is known as a "dynamic camera." This article meanwhile lists the various changes in the combat system that has been confirmed so far.
