'Married At First Sight' Season 1 Couple Jamie Otis And Doug Hehner Are Excited To Have A Baby

Stars of the reality TV show "Married At First Sight," Jamie Otis and Doug Hehner, are happy to let the world know that they are pregnant. The couple has been married for two years and they are expecting their first child as Otis is already four months pregnant.

The news was announced on Tuesday, July 5 when "Married At First Sight" couple Jamie and Otis had their appearance on Today. On that same interview, Hehner revealed the both are going through counseling before this pregnancy happened. He mentioned that they both worked hard to make their relationship work and thought of the baby in mind.  "When you're in the trenches and you make it out together, you become stronger as a couple," he said.

The great thing about their relationship is that they were able to discuss with each other things they would like to do before having a baby. US Magazine reported the "Married At First Sight" couple has a bucket list. According to Otis, after Hehner's bucket list was fulfilled, then they decided on the next step which was, she being pregnant with him.

"Married At First Sight" stars Jamie Otis and Doug Hehner first met on the day of their wedding day. It was during the first season of the show "Married at First Sight." On the April 26 episode of the popular FYI series, Otis a 30-year-old registered nurse and Hehner, 35, thought of babies. Otis is excited to find out what their baby will look like and so is Hehner. "I can imagine it now, a little Douglas Hehner coming out with moles all over his face," he joked.

Who would have imagined, couples marrying for the sake of marriage? "Married At First Sight" star Otis remembered not falling in love with him the first time she saw him, yet she agreed to go on with the show documenting their marriage and the first year of it. The "Married At First Sight" couple went through all the highs and lows of their first year. Now, they're going to have a baby real soon!
