New James Bond Not Tom Hiddleston, Theo James? 'Rush' Actor Sideline 007 Rivals?

Tom Hiddleston or Theo James as the new "James Bond" with is not likely happening as "Rush" actor James Norton enters the fray. While the new "James Bond" had been buzzed to star Tom Hiddleston and, lately, Theo James and Aidan Turner, 007 may be James Norton.

BBC cites points on why James Norton has it over rivals Tom Hiddleston and Theo James as the new James Bond. According to the media outlet, James Norton now laps ahead of Tom Hiddleston to star in the new "James Bond" film.

The Sun quotes a source in reporting that Tom Hiddleston slipped from top favorites as the new James Bond because of his current high-profile relationship. However, given penchant by Barbara Broccoli to cast unexpected actors as 007, Tom Hiddleston may have missed the mark as the new James Bond even earlier on.

BBC points out that the only other candidate likely to beat out Norton now as the new James Bond is "The Hobbit" actor Aidan Turner. Reports say that Aidan Turner swiftly overshadowed Tom Hiddleston as a fan favorite to become the new James Bond.

The Sun assures that Aidan Turner has room in his diary for the new "James Bond" film despite signing up for the "Poldark" series. Similar to Tom Hiddleston, Aidan Turner is quite enthusiastic to inherit the role from Daniel Craig.

James Norton, however, won't make the Bond campaign easy for Aidan Turner. According to The Telegraph the list topper as the new James Bond understands that essential balance of looks that made Daniel Craig a unique 007.

This is not surprising as The Telegraph quotes the James Bond candidate on a self-deprecating anecdote. "Honestly, James, I just can't understand why you look so good on the telly," the Bond candidate quoted his grandmother. "In real life, you're just so bland and normal-looking..."

Do you have a bet on the next 007? Or are you just as hopeful for Tom Hiddleston, Theo James, Aidan Turner and James Norton as the new Bond?
