Trump's Vice Presidentiable Bet General Flynn Criticizes Clinton, Supports Abortion And Agrees With Deportation

The November election is nearing and candidates are criticizing each other more than ever. Recently, Donald Trump's rumored Vice Presidential bet, Michael Flynn, called out Hillary Clinton on her pro-Black Lives Matter stance and the use of private e-mail for work matters whilst also proclaiming his support for abortion and proposed deportation policies of Donald Trump.

USA Today reports Retired General Michael Flynn's interview with ABC wherein he criticizes presumptive Democratic presidential candidate, Hillary Clinton. He says that the top Democrat presidentiable lacks leadership and responsibility in sharing her views on the Dallas shooting of policemen. Clinton is a staunch supporter of Black Lives Matter, a movement that fights against police brutality towards blacks.

ABC News reported last week the killing of five police officers by a sniper who is against white policemen, following killings of blacks in Louisiana and Minnesota by police. Even after the shooting of the sniper led to deaths of five policemen, Clinton is one of those who remains firm that black men are being punished unfairly by the police.

"White Americans need to do a better job listening when African Americans talk...about the seen and unseen barriers you face every day. We need to try as best we can to walk in one another's shoes, to imagine what it would feel like if people followed us around stores or locked their car doors when we walked past," Clinton said in front of a Philadelphia black audience as quoted by Los Angeles Times.

As per USA Today, General Flynn called out Clinton for the "irresponsible" remarks, considering that five white policemen had been killed. For General Flynn, it was irresponsible in Clinton's part to blame the whites. The general might have overlooked the part that the presumptive Democrat presidentiable also acknowledged the fallen police and the difficulty of the job they do.

Gen. Flynn did not stop there and went on calling out FBI for not recommending prosecution over the news that Clinton used her private email while serving as secretary of state (via USA Today). According to Refinery 29, Clinton had used a personal email since the first time she accepted the post in 2009.

The email account was hosted in a private server set up in her house. However, it was only after her four years in office that the public knew she was using a personal email. The State Department then asked for all of Clinton's professional emails on the whole duration of her service and found no sufficient evidence to file criminal charges. Obviously, General Flynn did not agree with the State Department.

Meanwhile, General Flynn is honored about the rumors that he might be Donald Trump's running mate. As per USA Today, Trump and Flynn might not see eye-to-eye on the issue of abortion wherein the former has pronounced his pro-life policies while the latter is pro-abortion, saying that the pregnant woman can decide if she wants to keep the baby or not because she will be the one responsible for the baby's upbringing.

When asked about same-sex marriage, Flynn did not comment, simply saying that what should be focused upon in the election is national security. He also supports Donald Trump's plan of stepped-up deportation because illegal immigrants are not allowed in the country (via USA Today).

According to ABC News, Flynn is a registered Democrat who was a former Obama employee but reportedly resigned after a clash with Director of National Intelligence James Clapper. He now serves as chairman and CEO of Flynn Intel group in Alexandria, Virginia.
