While it remains to be seen which character/s and how many will die in the "Prison Break" revival, many fans began speculating on the spoilers. Many fans believed that Sara Tancredi (Sarah Wayne Callies) will die in the Season 5 finale.

It would be a bit of a cliche to see Michael Scofield (Wentworth Miller) die in "Prison Break" Season 5, especially because his character has already died in the previous season.
