Vin Diesel & Paloma Jimenez Welcome New Baby; Name & Sex Revealed?

"The Fast and the Furious 7" action star, Vin Diesel's family just got bigger! People reported that the actor and his long-time girlfriend, Paloma Jimenez, are now parents to their third child together. The proud dad broke the news to the world about the new addition to their family via his Facebook profile. Diesel shared the first picture of his new born on the social media site on Monday.

The newborn's photo was taken in what appeared to be a delivery room, while his mother lie in a bed inside it. Diesel captioned it with a sweet message inspired from the song, "What a Wonderful World" by Louis Armstrong.

The actor wrote: "I hear babies crying/ I watch them grow/ They'll learn much more/ Than I'll ever know/ And I think to myself /What a wonderful world,"

Jimenez and Diesel already have a 4-year old son named Vincent, and a daughter, Hania Riley, 6. The model and her actor partner have not yet announced their newborn's name and gender.

The Daily Mail UK revealed that one of its staff members have tried contacting Diesel's rep to get more information. As of date, Diesel's rep has not responded to such inquiries yet.

Just last month, Furious 7's premiere in Abu Dhabi has been cancelled in time for the arrival of Diesel's new child.

Diesel's Facebook baby news announcement comes in coincidence with the world premiere of the 7^th installment of "The Fast and the Furious", a little bit past midnight on Monday. The premiere was held at South by Southwest, revealed by The Hollywood Reporter. The new dad was absent in the film's global premiere.

US Magazine only learned that Diesel and Jimenez were going to have their third child just last month as the famous actor is known for keeping his private life out of the limelight.

In November last year, Diesel acknowledged his late "Furious" co-star, Paul Walker, for inspiring him in being the best father in the world. He told fans, "He was a part of so much in my life...long personal talks with my mother or babysitting the Alpha Angel...he took a certain pride in being Uncle Pablo."

"After all, we were filming a scene in FF4 the day [Hania] was born, and he being the only one I told, encouraged me to go in and cut the umbilical cord," he added.

"He was an important part of my transition into fatherhood."

An US Magazine insider confessed that action star Vin Diesel is actually a loving family man at home.
