'Grimm' Season 6 Air Date, News & Update: Nick Releases Dark Side? Adalind, Juliette To Find Magic Stick A Pandora's Box?

"Grimm" Season 6 is anything but a neat package of endings as S6 tease says Nick Burkhardt (David Giuntoli) has a dark side. With such a change in Nick Burkhardt, Adalind Schade (Claire Coffee) and Juliette Silverton (Bitsie Tulloch) may need to team up to save the Grimm from what might be a Pandora's Box.

"Grimm" Season 5 finale saw Juliette Silverton peek through the psyche of Eve when Nick Burkhardt tried to save her from death with the Crucifixion stick. Nick Burkhardt was also saved by the Crucifixion stick when Black Claw shot him multiple times in "Grimm" Season 5.

The Crucifixion stick was first seen in action when Nick Burkhardt accidentally "healed" a wounded Monroe (Silas Weir Mitchell) in "Grimm" Season 5 "Into The Schwarzwald." The Crucifixion stick had seemed like a gift from heaven helping Nick Burkardt and the Scooby gang in life and death situations in "Grimm" Season 5.

However, Crucifixion stick keeper and mild-mannered Nick Burkhardt may find a new side to this "treasure" protected by the Seven Keys by the Seven Knights come "Grimm" Season 6. Adalind Schade and Juliette Silverton may have to forget whatever triangle is being built up for them to help Nick Burkhardt survive "Grimm" Season 6.

NBC debuted a first look for "Grimm" Season 6, with Nick Burkhardt decidedly displaying two sides to him. The dark side of Nick Burkhardt that "Grimm" Season 6 teaser seems to promise looks malevolent.

The Crucifixion stick, which may actually be something else, could be responsible for this duality surfacing in Nick Burkhardt in "Grimm" Season 6. If the magic is able to "heal" against an evil, such as in the case of Juliette Silverton in the "Grimm" Season 5 finale, it may also eliminate the good as Nick Burkhardt may display in S6.

TVLine cites warning by "Grimm" executive producer David Greenwalt on the magic stick. "That stick unlocks things that should never have been unlocked," David Greenwalt stated. "There was a reason that was buried for all time."

Adalind Schade and Juliette Silverton may need to move fast to find a cure as "Grimm" Season 6 will not give Nick Burkhardt too much time before the consequences of using the magic stick begin. Diana (Hannah R Loyd) could possibly help Adalind Schade and Juliette Silverton once more just as she did in the "Grimm" Season 5 finale.

NBC will air the "Grimm" Season 6 premiere on Oct 9. What consequences do think will the magic stick have on Juliette Silverton (besides becoming a rival to Adalind Schade), Monroe and Nick Burkhardt in "Grimm" Season 6?
