The latest "Overwatch" DLC that rolled out among PC and console gamers has added Ana in the roster of characters. However, the patch also gave its existing character, Lucio, a much-needed boost and it is one that Blizzard didn't make a huge announcement about. Players are nonetheless thrilled to discover Lucio's changes in the game, thanks to the Ana DLC.

'Overwatch' DLC Has Buffed Up Lucio

Kotaku reports that the "Overwatch" DLC Ana update has improved Lucio's wall ride. The character is now able to cover more ground as he skates and can run on walls more efficiently, which affects the way players handle him.

 Lucio's movement is a lot more versatile, allowing for players to glide better as they shoot the enemies. As a result, Lucio has become a competitive character, when this particular ability used to make him one of the weakest among "Overwatch" characters. 'Overwatch' DLC Has No Disadvantages On Lucio

In the Blizzard Entertainment gaming forum, the company only stated that Lucio would get a 10 percent sound barrier ultimate cost increase in the latest "Overwatch" DLC. However, the developer didn't elaborate on Lucio's wall ride.

Surprisingly, gamers who have been playing Lucio now say that there isn't any disadvantage to this improved skill. Lucio can do many things while gliding, shooting his foes or making sharp turns, and he won't fall down.

According to Cultured Vultures, players are generally not aware of this change in Lucio since the "Overwatch" DLC Ana patch update has gone life. Whether or not Blizzard Entertainment changes this to balance Lucio out, players can take advantage of the boost while it is still there. The next patch update is expected to come in August or September, according to PC Games N.
