Carrie Underwood Post-Baby Body: Singer Buys Fruits & Vegetables to Help Lose Baby Weight? [Photo]

New mom and "American Idol" winner, Carrie Underwood, might just let you in on her secret in losing that baby weight. Enstarz reported that the singer was seen recently in Franklin, Tennessee looking slim less than one month after giving birth.

Underwood was spotted at a grocery store in Franklin buying some fruits and vegetables. Twitter user Alexa Warmus shared Underwood's photo at the store on Twitter on March 20. Warmus said her cousin took the photo of the country singer at the time.

Underwood seemed to be just out buying some stuff for her and husband, Mike Fisher, while they vacationed in their Nashville home. However, one can't help but think that fruits and vegetable meals are what mostly helped the AI winner lose the post-baby body weight so quickly!

Fans began to wonder if the photo was taken before the singer even got pregnant, according to the same article in Enstarz. If it was indeed taken just after Carrie has given birth, her strict after-birth diet regime must have brought out the best in her.

A Daily Mail UK article revealed that Underwood has undergone work out trainings to stay in shape during pregnancy. Erin Oprea was reportedly the singer's trainer.

Oprea lets fans in on the revelations about her client's work out plans while still pregnant, saying, "She stayed pretty normal for a long time and then we kinda changed it. We cut out some of the jumping. [But] she's pretty much still able to do most things and go towards the end."

Women who gave birth needed to wait for six weeks before they can engage in physical work outs again. For this reason, Oprea planned a healthy eating plan for the new mom while the doctor has still yet to issue a work out clearance.

Isaiah Michael Fisher was born to Underwood and NHL player husband, Mike Fisher on February 27, according to another Enstarz article. The singer has reportedly planned her tour bus to incorporate baby-friendly features and facilities. She planned to take little Isaiah with her while on tour. The 32-year old mother made plans to perform only in festivals, and not do solo performances. Doing so would let her spend as much time with her new born as possible.

Isaiah is the couple's first child together. The pair met in 2008 in one of Underwood's concerts. Fisher and Underwood were married in July 2010, after having been engaged for a month.
