‘General Hospital’ Spoilers: Sam Is Pregnant? Is Franco The Serial Killer?

There's a serial killer on the loose in Port Charles, and nobody knows who's going to be his next victim. A promo video teases that he is going to strike again and one dead body is going to be found by the end of this week. Any idea who's playing Dexter in the daytime soap?

Valerie Says Franco Is The Killer

Spoilers from Celeb Dirty Laundry, the serial killer has taken out a middle-aged woman, and Amy (Risa Dorkin) is going to find the body when she went to check the patient. Valerie Spencer (Brytni Sarpy) would believe that the culprit is Franco (Roger Howarth) and would tell Dr. Griffin Munro (Matt Cohen) so. But maybe Franco is just in the wrong place and at the wrong time. It's also possible that Valerie is looking in the too obvious that's why she would miss the real clues.

According to CDL, another suspect is Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton). Fortunately for him, he wasn't anywhere near the scene when the crime happened. All clues for now points to Franco, and Jordan Ashford (Vinessa Antoine) would ask him some questions, must to his dislike.

Sam Is Pregnant With Jason's Baby?

Elsewhere in "General Hospital," Sam Morgan (Kelly Monaco) passed out in Cassadine Island. It may be just because of dehydration. But another possibility is that she is pregnant. CDL said that would be good news for her and Jason Morgan (Billy Miller) to give them something fresh to start with as they get back together with their son Danny. But while that could turn out to be true, there's another emerging issue. GH fans will soon meet a little girl, Athena (Jazmyn Skye Vale), who is possible Jason's daughter with Helena Cassadine.
