Milla Jovovich Baby #2 With Husband Paul Anderson Out on April Fool's Day

"The Resident Evil" actress, Milla Jovovich, is relishing in the joy of motherhood again! People reported that the 39-year old actress welcomed a daughter for her second child with husband director and producer, Paul Anderson, yesterday.

Jovovich posted this heart warming message on Instagram to announce her second child's birth: "We are so proud to announce the birth of Dashiel Edan Jovovich-Anderson to the world today. She is 7 lbs., 10 oz. and 20 inches long. We love you Dash!"

A representative for the couple revealed that little Dashiel was born yesterday morning. The rep went on to share that, "Milla, her husband Paul and big sister, Ever are overjoyed to welcome Dashiel Edan into their family and are all spending some quality bonding time together."

"Both mama and baby are doing great."

The couple announced that they were expecting another child in August last year. Milla told People in October that 7-year old Ever was happy to find out she was having a baby sister.

The actress shared the conversation she's had with Ever about being a big sister before Dashiel was born:

"[Ever]'s like, 'We don't need to buy her anything, Mama. She can just wear all of my old clothes,'

"I'm like, 'Well, but she needs something new of her own.' 'No. No. No. No. She doesn't need anything. She can just wear my old stuff.' 

The birth of Milla and Paul's daughter were first reported in E! Online.

Milla's rep revealed to E! Online for the first time that:

"Milla delivered her daughter Dashiel at 5:45 this morning,"

"Everyone is thrilled and beyond happy!"

On February 20, Milla posted this personal motherhood message on her Facebook profile to share her joys and emotions that moved fans:

"Well, I am less than 6 weeks away from having a baby!!!"

"Our doc said this little one is growing so fast that our due date could be moving up by as much as a week! We are so excited, especially me because this little girl is getting to be so big, it's becoming more and more difficult to function normally! lol!"

Little Dashiel arrived past her due birth date a little. Milla tweeted on Monday that her delivery was few days overdue that day.

Milla and Paul met in 2002. After having dated for a couple of years, the pair wed in 2009. The couple had older daughter, Ever, in 2007, according to Access Hollywood.
