'Fuller House' Season 2 Air Date, Teaser & News: December Release On Netflix? John Stamos Talks Olsen Twins Again

Netflix has a Christmas present lined up for its millions of subscribers as it looks like "Fuller House" Season 2 is going to be released around December. Will the Olsen Twins be finally on board the reboot's upcoming season? "Fuller House" cast Candace Cameron Bure and John Stamos dish on what's really happening.

'Fuller House' Season 2: Coming In December?

Though no official word has yet been released by streaming site Netflix, "Fuller House" Season 2 star Candace Cameron Bure (DJ Tanner-Fuller) said that the upcoming season is going to be out during the holidays. "I think we're going to be released at the end of the year," the actress told E! Online. "Maybe December," she added.

"Fuller House" first premiered on Netflix this March and has become one of the top favorites of its subscribers. Thus, the streaming service wanted Season 2 to follow as soon as possible and the cast has been working double time on the set since. In fact, they have actually filmed a potential Christmas episode with Dave Coulier (Uncle Joey) sitting on the director's chair, as Parent Herald previously reported.

'Fuller House' Season 2: John Stamos On The Olsen Twins...Again!

Meanwhile, Legacy cast member and "Fuller House" Season 2 producer John Stamos (Uncle Jessie) once again talked about the Olsen Twins, Mary Kate and Ashley. It's been widely known that John Stamos has been asking the twins to return to the "Fuller House" set.

Viewers familiar with the original series also want the twins to reprise their role as Michelle Tanner, which they played while they were still toddlers. But Mary Kate and Ashley refused this saying that they are no longer comfortable working in front of the camera and have no clear memories of doing "Full House" when they were practically babies.

So, while promoting his other TV show, "Scream Queens" during a Comic Con panel, John Stamos joked that it would be amazing to get the Olsens to be in it as well. He punctuated the awkward moment with, "I can't even get them on my show."

According to Huffington Post, it seemed like John Stamos cannot get over the fact that the Olsen twin have turned "Fuller House" down. Will "Fuller House" Season 2 take another jab at the Olsen twins on the show, like they did during the first season?
