If you are still searching for one of these epic, mythical and special Pokemon with still no luck, the best way to get one of them is to visit the cities with the widest diversity of legendary Pokemon. According to Parent Herald, Los Angeles is the best place to find Dratini, Electabuzz, Hitmoniee, Chansey, Lapras, Snorlax, Porygon, Kabuto and Aerodactyl.

However, this does not mean that once you just visit L.A. and start playing "Pokemon GO" that you will right away find these mythical Pokemon. You would still need to search for them in order to find them.

While Los Angeles is the best place to find rare Pokemon for "Pokemon GO" other locations such as Seattle, Boston, New Yok, Chicago and Orlando also have their fair share of mythical Pokemon.
