Tom Clancy’s ‘The Division’ Latest News Updates: ‘Underground’ PS4 Release Brings Massive Weapon Changes Amid Delta Error And Download Delay Glitches

The month-long wait for Tom Clancy's "The Division: Underground" DLC release on PS4 was finally over. According to the latest updates, the new expansion has been released on Aug. 2, Tuesday. It followed the release of the "Underground" DLC on Xbox One and PC platforms a month ago.

Even though the PS4 release of Tom Clancy's "The Division: Underground" DLC brought a series of exciting changes, Game Rant reported that it didn't go as smoothly as planned after some fans claimed of Delta errors, especially when they try to access the game. But what really disappointed the gamers was the fact that the said issues had also occurred when the "Underground" DLC was released on Xbox One and PC platforms last month.

Fortunately, Ubisoft was quick to address the issues in Tom Clancy's "The Division: Underground" PS4 release by launching an investigation. The game developer also confirmed the download delay issues as it announced on its official Twitter account that the new DLC may not be available for download in some countries as "it will be made available progressively in each region," Gaming Bolt noted.

Aside from the glitches, Tom Clancy's "The Division: Underground" DLC also brought some exciting changes, particularly on the arsenal aspect of the game. As a matter of fact, VG24/7 revealed that the SMG, Marksman rifles and special ammo have been nerfed, not to mention the ability to reroll weapon talents.

In addition, Ubisoft also revealed that Tom Clancy's "The Division" players are now using a special combo of AUG/Vector SMG and the M1A Marksman rifle, instead of using various weapons. The "Underground" update also brought new weapon bonuses, as well as the introduction of four new weapons including the Showstopper shotgun, G36 assault rifle, the SVD and the PP-19 while the new gear seats were known as BLIND, DeadEye, FireCrest, and Reclaimer.

Another interesting addition in Tom Clancy's "The Division" was the new Incursion called, "Dragon's Nest." According to GameSpot, players will challenge the cleaners in Hell's Kitchen and will encounter four bosses, snipers, shotgunners and exploding RC cars.

Meanwhile, Ubisoft will also launch another paid DLC for Tom Clancy's "The Division" known as the "Survival" expansion. It is set to be released later this year and it will challenge players to survive in Manhattan during the winter season while scavenging for supplies.

"In DLC Expansion II: Survival, SHD agents have run out of supplies in the middle of a harsh Manhattan winter and will have to survive as long as possible in a very hostile environment," the short description about Tom Clancy's "The Division: Survival" DLC read, as per Daily Express.
