'Sons of Anarchy' Prequel Is Happening Says Charlie Hunnam, But Actor Not Part of It?

It looks like "Sons of Anarchy" prequel has already been green lit if you ask actor Charlie Hunnam. The hot stud recently revealed that the Kurt Sutter project is underway, but has yet to reveal if his role as Jax Teller will see the light of day.

According to Comic Book, Hunnam dished on the "Sons of Anarchy" prequel during the recently concluded 2016 Comic Con. The actor was not adamant to share his honest views and opinions about the rumored new series about the motorcycle riding gang.

"I do believe it is happening, but I don't think I'm a part of it, because I wasn't born when that was happening," Hunnam told Entertainment Tonight, Comic Book reported "I believe it's sort of like an origin of motorcycle culture in America. I'm really just making it up, because I don't know any facts."

The "Pacific Rim" actor has yet to confirm whether he will reprise his role or not, but fans are not losing hope to see him back on the small screen. The actor has recently confirmed that he will not be returning to "Pacific Rim 2," making fans speculate that he can have more time doing the "Sons of Anarchy" prequel.

However, should he reprise his "Sons of Anarchy" role, fans should get ready to see a less beefed-up version of Jax Teller. As Hunnam confessed, he's quite tired of maintaining his buff physique.

"You know I've been doing a lot of very physical work that last 16, 17 years and I'm starting to get tired. I'm starting to get old," he said. "I want to eat some hamburgers and just relax."

"To feel formidable and to feel like I could hold my own in you know, against these big dudes that they put me up against, I needed to train every day," the "Sons of Anarchy" prequel hopeful said. "And it was much more about like feeling the right psychology than like some sort of aesthetic...or desire."
