DeMarcus Cousins NBA Trade News: Chicago Bulls Eager To Acquire Sacramento Kings' Big Man? Willing To Trade Denzel Valentine, Nikola Mirotic

DeMarcus Cousins is a hot deal right now due to the skills he has been showing at the Rio Olympics for the USA basketball team and accordingly, Chicago Bulls is eager to pursue Sacramento Kings' Big Man. They are reportedly willing to trade some of their key players, namely Denzel Valentine and Nikola Mirotic, in order to get Sacramento Kings trade Cousins.

In a report by Sportsrageous, Chicago Bulls is not scared of trading their key players in order to build a better roster as they started the offseason by trading Derrick Rose to the New York Knicks and letting Joakim Noah and Pau Gasol go. They then signed Dwayne Wade and Rajon Rondo teaming with Jimmy Butler.

According to analysts, the best players to trade in order to convince Sacramento Kings to trade Cousins are Mirotic, Valentine, Bobby Portis, and even Doug McDermott. The Sacramento Kings are after all looking for young talents to build so it is best to give these young star players of Chicago Bulls that the Sacramento Kings will not be able to resist.

If Chicago Bulls will be able to pull this off, it would be a great team since Cousins is good friends with Rondo and is playing with Butler at the 2016 Rio Olympics, Centrio Times reported. If Chicago Bulls will be able to make this work, they are considered to be a great threat for the Eastern Conference.

Cousins started to become the center of NBA trade rumors when he tweeted that he has been a fan of the Los Angeles Lakers since he was a kid. Many NBA fans deemed that Cousins tweeting such was his way of saying that he wants to be out of the Sacramento Kings and be part of the Los Angeles Lakers. Considering the fact that Cousins has been open about the Sacramento Kings' moves regarding the team's roster.

Other teams linked to Cousins are Cleveland Cavaliers and Boston Celtics. He has not commented on the matter yet but Sacramento Kings has been adamant about not wanting to let go of Cousins as per their statements in different interviews.
