Game of Thrones Season 7 Spoilers: Jamie To Take Cersei's Life?

"Game of Thrones" season 7 may be a little less than a year away but a lot of theories about what will happen when "Game of Thrones" season 7 airs is already circulating on the Internet. One of the most outrageous "Game of Thrones" season 7 theories involves the fate of Cersei after she ascended to the throne of Westeros.

It looks like Cersei will indeed die in the coming season but instead of Tyrion, it is Jamie who will kill her, the Huffington Post reported. Cersei, who has been involved with Jamie in an incestuous relationship for years, has been prophesized to fall from grace in the hands of her valonqar ("little brother" in High Valyrian). It was first predicted that Tyrion would be the one referenced in the prophecy (hence Cersei's antagonistic feelings towards the former Hand of the King).

However, after that very eventful season six finale, Jamie is now the top candidate for the job in "Game of Thrones" season 7. Due to the many betrayals by Cersei, Jamie will most likely be fed up with his sister's conniving and power hungry tendencies that led to their last living son, King Tommen, to dive out of a window in grief of his wife's death.

If that indeed happens, it will be a great "Game of Thrones" season 7 storyline for actress Lena Headey. The English actress has a great few weeks coming as she is predicted to win Best Supporting Actress in a Drama in the Emmys over co-stars Emilia Clarke and Maisie Williams, according to Indie Wire. Co-star Kit Harrington is also the frontrunner to win Best Supporting Actor in a Drama.

"Game of Thrones" season 7 will most likely be released in summer 2017. There will be more "Game of Thrones" season 7 spoilers in the coming months as the show gears into production.
