'Thor 3 Ragnarok' Loki Deleted Scenes Revealed; New York Plot Crucial for 'Avengers 3'

Fans are definitely excited to see what's in store for MCU phase 3, most especially the highly anticipated "Thor 3 Ragnarok." Previous reports have already suggested that the upcoming installment will play a crucial part in the MCU.

So far, reports have already confirmed that the new movie starring Chris Hemsworth, Tom Hiddleston and Mark Ruffalo will be a "cosmic buddy movie." As far as the God of Thunder is concerned, majority of the movie will be spent in Asgard as well as the other nine realms, with limited contact to Earth.

However, new set photos have surfaced suggesting that "Thor 3 Ragnarok" will have some scenes in New York. Although the photos shared on The Sydney Morning Herald  don't reveal a lot for this reported new location, sources claimed that this will not be a huge part of the movie.

Some fans have speculated what New York could be for in "Thor 3 Ragnarok." In the comments section of a Screen Rant report, some fans suggested that Thor will be in New York to warn Tony about Thanos. This could potentially be the last scene in the movie where Tony will try to contact the Avengers and say the iconic "Avengers assemble" line. While these remain to be pure theories as of the moment, reports are suggesting that more information about "Thor 3 Ragnarok" will be released in the coming months.

Meanwhile, all eyes are also fixed on Thor's sinister bro, Loki. This will be the first time fans will be seeing his return ever since "Thor: The Dark World."

In a recent interview with Variety, Hiddleston revealed that he was supposed to appear in the second "Avengers" movie, but execs decided to cut his scenes the last minute. The actor shared that test audiences found his role too confusing. The scene which featured him in Thor's nightmare was then consequently removed from the film.

"Thor 3 Ragnarok" is slated for a November 3, 2017 release.
