‘How To Get Away With Murder’ Season 3 Spoilers & Promo: Annalise Is Wallace’s Killer? Another Murder Taking Place?

The freshly released promo for "How to Get Away With Murder" sets up a whole new problem for Annalise when Season 3 premieres. The exclusive promo also revealed that another murder would happen, but who might it be?

In the "HTGAWM" promo titled "Welcome Back to Crazy 101," Annalise (Viola Davis) attends the first day of school only to be slapped with a scandal centered on her. Someone plastered posters of her face all over the law school campus with the word "killer" on it. Check out the preview below.

As expected, the new "HTGAWM" promo raised several questions from viewers, and chief among them is who the mastermind behind the vicious poster is? The words, "Not everyone is going to make it out alive," can be heard in the promo as well, indicating that there might be another murder in store for Season 3. And judging by Annalise's bloodcurdling scream towards the end of the promo, it might be a murder that would make a huge impact on the characters.

There are suspicions that Annalise's poster and the new murder can all be linked to Wallace's (Adam Arkin) death, who was shot in the head just as Wes (Alfred Enoch) was on the verge of introducing himself to the rich financier. There are strong suspicions that his killer was Frank (Charlie Weber), Annalise's right-hand man who's willing to do all her dirty work.

Frank is the primary suspect behind Wallace's killer given that he went MIA in Season 2, not to mention that he already displayed his capabilities of being a murderer. He killed Lila (Megan West) at the behest of Sam (Tom Verica), Annalise's husband.

"HTGAWM" executive producer Pete Nowalk told Entertainment Weekly that viewers will "find out who killed Wallace" soon, but he's not telling when exactly the reveal would happen. Nowalk also said in July that the upcoming season will feature a new murder mystery and a new format that fans haven't seen in the first two seasons, iDigitalTimes reported.

"HTGAWM" Season 3 will explore Connor (Jack Falahee) and Oliver's (Conrad Ricamora) relationship further. That romance, however, may be complicated once Oliver knows about Connor's and the rest of the Keating Five's collusion in Sam's murder.

Season 3 will introduce new characters to be played by Amy Madigan, Esai Morales, and Luna Velez, Movie News Guide listed. "HTGAWM" returns for its third season Thursday, Sept. 22 at 10 PM ET on ABC.
