"Married at First Sight" Season 4 spoilers reveal that things are about to get even more complicated for the couples from the FYI reality show. According to TV Guide, in episode 8 titled "For Better or Worse," Tom and Lillian will realize that they have differences when it comes to their family plans.

As most fans know, Tom and Lillian seem to be the strongest couple out of the three in "MAFS" Season 4. However, these two are bound to experience some hurdles in their relationship once they discuss their plans to have children.
