During the first quarter of 2016, avid "America's Next Top Model" fans were thrilled when VH1 announced that the former CW hit modeling competition reality series will be back for its cycle 23 on the network. As part of the show's "fierce-a-fied rebirth," the show will have a new host, an interesting set of judges and a different location.

Ever since VH1 announced the upcoming launch of "America's Next Top Model" cycle 23, many fans have been curious about what to expect on the show's reboot. However, important details were kept under wraps and only information about the new host, judges and location have been released.

Despite the fact that "America's Next Top model" cycle 23 is currently in production, VH1 has yet to announce the official air date of the modeling competition show. Fortunately, the network recently released a brand-new "ANTM" cycle 23 teaser that hinted the show's premiere in December.

In addition, Buddy TV also revealed some exciting scoops about the soon-to-premiere "America's Next Top Model" cycle 23. Based on the report, the upcoming season will be filming in the fashion capital of the United States - New York City and will only be made up of 14 episodes.

Sadly, "America's Next Top Model" creator, executive producer and former host Tyra Banks won't be seen often on the show's 23rd cycle but the 42-year-old supermodel-turned-entrepreneur will still be the show's showrunner, together with Ken Mok. She also promised to be involved in the show and hinted some surprise appearances from her.

Moreover, USA Today also revealed that "America's Next Top Model" cycle 23 will take on a new concept where contestants will face a weekly pop culture challenge. As a matter of fact, VH1 and Logo president Chris McCarthy said that the upcoming season will focus more on the infusion of style fashion and pop culture.

Meanwhile, Daily Mail reported for the past few weeks that "America's Next Top Model" cycle 23 has already begun its production in Manhattan, New York. The publication also revealed that the show's first elimination had been filmed.

As for "America's Next Top Model" cycle 23 host, the show will be presented by 25-year-old British singer-actress Rita Ora. The panel of judges, on the other hand, include plus-size model Ashley Graham, Paper CCO Drew Elliott and celebrity stylist Law Roach, Refinery29 noted.

VH1 has yet to announce "America's Next Top Model" cycle 23 official timeslot and air date. But the show has been scheduled to premiere this December, instead of the initial report that "ANTM" cycle 23 will air this fall, as per TV Series Finale.
