For those following the latest NBA buzz, reports have it that Golden State Warriors and Cleveland Cavaliers might have another face off in the NBA finals. However, let us not forget that there will be playoffs and according to reports, Utah Jazz is the biggest threat to GSW in the Western Conference.

The majority of the NBA fans and enthusiasts are expecting another face-off between Golden State Warriors and Cleveland Cavaliers in the NBA 2017 finals. In fact, there are reports claiming that LeBron James is already threatened with the Warriors' power tandem Stephen Curry and Kevin Durant.

However, before we see the NBA finals, Cavs and the Warriors have to endure the playoffs in the Eastern and Western Conference. They have to win it for another round of face-off in the NBA 2017 finals.

According to Fansided, Golden State Warriors is the title favorite for the NBA 2016-17 season. The team has the two of the top three players in the NBA league today, Kevin Durant and Stephen Curry. Aside from this, their roster includes the NBA All-Stars Klay Thompson and Draymond Green.

Per the reports, the toughest contender of the Warriors in the Western conference is Utah Jazz. Jazz has improved depth after adding George Hill. While Hill isn't a top tier point guard he is above average and is versatile enough to play on ball and off ball. In addition, Boris Diaw and Joe Johnson could help the team's offense.

Aside from this, Utah Jazz has many long wings, including Alec Burks, Rodney Hood and Dante Exum who can play multiple positions. The switching defense is necessary to challenge the Warriors.

Most of all, Utah Jazz has the best match up with the Warriors than the rest of the teams in the Western Conference. Aside from Jazz, other potential contenders are Los Angeles Clippers and San Antonio Spurs.
