Baruto- Naruto’s Son To Star In An Anime All His Own

Naruto might see a spin-off very soon. Naruto has been one of the most successful manga and anime franchises of the past decade. Now, there are reports that Baruto, Naruto's son, might star in a spin-off. It would not come as a surprise if the new rumor about a Naruto spin-off anime turns out to be true.

The rumors started when the homepage for the Jump Special Anime Festa was updated to include a list of anime screening at the festival. Among others was the name of Baruto, the son of Naruto. Baruto is the current star of a manga spin-off series.

It should be noted that there is no Baruto anime which is officially in works now. However, the appearance of the character on the festival page is a hint which the fans took. It is expected that an announcement regarding the anime will be made later this year.

The Jump Special Anime Festival will begin in November in Tokyo. Fans expect that if the rumor regarding Baruto is real, then there will be an announcement much earlier than the festival, reported Anime News Network.

It is hardly a surprise that the makers are considering the making of a Baruto anime since the Naruto manga series is officially over. The Naruto anime series is ongoing but it seems logical that the creators now would start working on the successor series. After all, we all know that a very popular series does not end just like that. Baruto is the most logical and fitting replacement to the Naruto series, reported Tech Times.

There are rumors that the creator of Naruto, Masashi Kishimoto, is all set to reveal some big news later this year. There is no news on what the creator is working on as of now. However, Kishimoto has confirmed that that the new series is sci-fi in nature. The research for the project is already concluded.
