'Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2' Unveils Female Saiyan; Open Beta is Coming in October

"Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2" was a part of the Tokyo Game Show. Bandai Namco unveiled the new trailer of the game during the event. In the trailer, new details about the game were revealed to the players. This trailer has ensured that the fans are much more eager to have the game in their hands soon.

The "Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2" trailer also introduced the "Time Patrollers" and "Transformation" features. These are added features and it allows gamers to change into Super Saiyan 3, Super Namekian or Super Buu. For those players who use a female Saiyan character, they can transform her to Super Saiyan and finally to a Super Saiyan 3.

It is also revealed through the announcement as well as the trailer that the upcoming "Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2" has many improvements on animations. The battles that are fought in the game as well as the effects when characters transform are now enhanced. The trailer also explains I detail as to how the "Time Patrollers" work. The trailer, in fact, has given a good idea as to what the players can expect from the game, reported Siliconera.

The new city hub called as the Conton City is something that the fans of the series are waiting for to see. This is a city hub which the players can freely explore. The new "Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2" has new characters and expanded options for personalizing them. This also adds to the excitement of the game, reported Gematsu.

It is already announced by Bandai Namco that before "Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2" is officially released, they will be publishing a closed beta for PlayStation 4 on Oct. 8. According to reports, the open beta will also be launched soon after. The release will mostly be on October 14. This version will be for PS4 console. The open beta of the game will only run untill Oct. 17. Players should make use of the same until it is available.

"Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2" is highly anticipated and is all set to release on Oct. 25 for PS4 and Xbox One consoles while it will be available for PCs on Oct. 28. Bandai Namco allows the fans to pre-order the game for $59.95 at their official store.
