‘Clash Royale’ Challenge Mode Faces Matchmaking Issues; Can Find Easier Opponents By Losing?

"Clash Royale" has got a brand new update by Supercell. However, after trying the new update, many players are facing problems and complained to the company about the Challenge Mode in "Clash Royale." It is noticed that in the game, the weaker players are unfairly pitted against the very powerful opponents. The stronger players definitely have a huge advantage and can easily overthrow a weaker player.

In the new Challenge Mode in "Clash Royale," the players can gain some cards and gold in exchange for gems. Typically, in the challenge mode in "Clash Royale," every player should be pitted against another player with equal skill level. It makes sense as the players will then have a challenge and the player who wins will get appropriate rewards.

There are two Challenge Modes that are available with the new "Clash Royale" update are Challenges and Custom. The challenge mode, Custom, is the original tournament mode. On the other hand, Challenges is the new mode, consisting of Classic and Grand, reported JBH News.

In the classic challenge mode in "Clash Royale," the players will have to defeat 12 players without losing three times to earn 2,000 Gold and 100 Cards. The Grand Challenge also follows the same mechanics but at the same time it will give a reward of 22,000 Gold and 1,100 Cards. The Challenge Mode in "Clash Royale" can be played by level 8 players or higher, reported Clash Royale Arena.

However, the "Clash Royale" players complained that they are pitted against very strong opponents against whom it is almost impossible to win. It is reported that the Challenge Mode matchmaking process does not take into consideration the number of trophies that each player has. However, there is a trick that the players can follow to get easier opponents. This involves a lot of intentional losing. A player must intentionally lose so as to get a net game negative of -5.

The current issue that the players are facing in "Clash Royale" can be turned to advantage by the stronger players. The players with mid or low-level cards are advised not to try the Grand Challenge until updates come in.
