NBA Trade Rumors: Nerlens Noel In Exchange To Kelly Olynyk; The Celtics To Pursue Noel Before NBA Season Starts

As the NBA training camp approaches, NBA trade rumors are still lurking around and the name Nerlens Noel has been a part of it. Today, Nerlens Noel has been tied up to an NBA trade rumor that will send him to the Boston Celtics in exchange to Kelly Olynyk.

According to a report made by the Sportsrageous, Nerlens Noel is likely to be traded as he expressed his views on the Sixers wants to keep the 3 potential star center including him, Jahlil Okafor and Joel Embiid. Noel mentioned that somebody has to be moved in order to settle the situation.

On the other hand, the Boston Celtics GM Danny Ainge mentioned previously that they are ready to take a deal if it's a good one. This is to pursue their intention to improve their current lineup for this NBA season.

In a report held by the Celtics Blog, the Boston Celtics seemed to be interested in Nerlens Noel's defensive prowess. At first, the Celtics might come up sending Marcus Smart to the Sixers to get Noel. As of today, Ainge told that Marcus Smart could be an X-Factor for the Celtics and a good asset, citing that they might be offering Kelly Olynyk in exchange for Nerlens Noel of the Sixers.

It may be no surprise that Nerlens Noel has been in several NBA trade rumors as the Sixers recently express an interest of sending Nerlens Noel in exchange of a valuable shooting guard. Noel is known for his defensive play, a tenacious rebounder and a premier rim protector.

The Philadelphia 76ers seemed to be sitting in a tight situation, they have plenty of potential stars, but most of them are playing the same position. The Sixers are currently packed with young and talented bigmen, with the addition of Ben Simmons, another big man is listed on their current roster.

Fans might not understand how things are going to the Sixers and how they would handle it. The only thing we all know as far as the new NBA season approaches, the Sixers might still find themselves in another early postseason exit this coming NBA season.
