Nintendo NX Latest News, Release Date Update: 2017 Console Release Set?

Well known video game giant Nintendo has just announced the release date of their newest gaming console, Nintendo NX. The release date for the console is on March 2017 though the details about the NIntendo NX is still a mystery.

Nintendo's former Chief Executive Officer, the late Satoru Iwata already announced in 2015 that the company was working on the new console. As The Huffington Post points out, this was followed by the huge decline of their last console, the Nintendo Wii U.
This year, Nintendo gamers may now look forward to that first look at the Nintendo NX. Unconfirmed sources have reported that the new gaming handle will be a combination of a regular console and a handheld console. This is an innovative step in the video gaming world as it is the first of its kind.

The new Nintendo NX is also said to have a controller pad that is modeled after the PS4's, as Apperture Games reports. Other than that, the console is also rumoured to be able to allow players to play games from past consoles like the Nintendo Wii U and the 3DS.

A disadvantage with the Nintendo NX is that it won't be as powerful as the Playstation 4 and Xbox One. Nintendo NX also will not be able to run on Android or iOS devices.

As for the new games that will be coming out along with the Nintendo NX, Pokemon games will be joining the new console with its release. Old Pokemon and Legend of Zelda games will be able for playing. Rumour has it that the Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild and Dragon Quest XI will also be available for playing.Further details have yet to be announced on the Nintendo NX. Following this new device, Nintendo is expecting it to aid in the revival of the company after the failure of the Wii U.For hardcore Nintendo gamers, this new device will definitely be a breath of fresh air and hopefully a success.
