The funny, action-filled anime series :One-Punch Man" has completed its first U.S. debut recently on Toonami. Yet, fans of Saitama's comic antics and power punch are keeping tabs on what's next in the upcoming season 2 for "One-Punch Man."

The confirmed return for the "One-Punch Man" anime was shared via Twitter a few weeks back, according to the Morning Ledger. Although an official release date has been kept mum by Viz Media, numerous sources speculate that Saitama and the rest of the Heroes Association would be back early 2017.

The long-awaited second season of "One-Punch Man" has been shown on the social media site with the hero Saitama's famous uppercut and a big number 2 set in gold, setting the bar for the webcomic-anime's popularity among young adults. Of course, for the lot of us getting impatient on the actual release date for "One-Punch Man" season 2, there's still the manga adaptation available. That way, everyone can share notes on how season 2 of "One-Punch Man" is expected to come out on TV screens.

Meanwhile, ongoing talks of existing and rising villains to test edging out Saitama's strength have been interesting, says the Inquisitr. Like Lord Boros coming back for another round with Saitama, and Garou teaming up with Amai Mask (although the latter wasn't that visible in the episodes surrounding "One-Punch Man" season 1), there's also a huge possibility for Saitama's persistent cyborg sidekick Genos to become an enemy in season 2.

Almost of the characters in "One-Punch Man" may have been male, however, there's also further speculation that season 2 would be featuring a blossoming love triangle between some of the main characters in the series. What's more interesting in a storyline than an unexpected romantic twist between the players in "One-Punch Man" 2, right?
