'Bad Moms' Success Will Return To Theaters With Spin-Off 'Bad Dads' In 2017 : Who Will Be The Bad Daddies?

'Bad Moms' became a hit last summer with the leading cast featuring Mila Kunis, Kathryn Hahn and Kristen Bell. The first sequel of the spinoff which will hit the theaters next year is titled 'Bad Dads'.

'Bad Moms' is a comedy film about three mothers directed by Scott Moore and Jon Lucas. 'Bad Moms' is about three moms who are overworked and feel unappreciated and when they reached their boiling point, they decided to embrace the long overdue freedom and indulge themselves, according to IMDB. 'Bad Moms' hit the theater screens on the 29th of July, 2016.

The parent studio of 'Bad Moms', STX Entertainment has concluded that instead of making 'Bad Moms 2', a spinoff could be much better. The spinoff of 'Bad Moms' will be called 'Bad Dads' which sets three fathers as the main leading cast.

STX Entertainment followed up another film after 'Bad Moms' earned a whopping $170.8 million from all the screenings worldwide. The budget of 'Bad Moms' was modestly $20 million, according to NY Daily News. 'Bad Dads' is set to be the first installment of 'Bad Moms' after the film went successful in theaters.

'Bad Moms' has been a huge success, however, STX Entertainment thinks it's better to follow it with a spinoff instead of a second 'Bad Moms 2'. STX Entertainment has concluded that most sequels gross 68% less than the original film. STX Entertainment also wants to focus on providing spin-offs of 'Bad Moms' brand, a short digital content, consumer products program and a reality television show.

'Bad Dads' is set to hit the theaters on the 14th of July next year, 2017. However, casting and plot for 'Bad Dads' has not yet been announced. The fans are excited for the spin-off of 'Bad Moms' and are starting to speculate about the lead cast. STX Entertainment will soon announce more information about 'Bad Moms' spinoff 'Bad Dads'.
