This triggers the reports that the anticipated "FNAF" film will be delayed.

"FNAF" fans are excited to witness the terrifying adventures of the animatronics on the big screen. Despite the lack of updates about the upcoming "Five Nights at Freddy's" film, the project is coming.

"FNAF" creator and designer Scott Cawthon told the Hollywood Reporter that the "Five Nights at Freddy's" film will tap the unexplored niche of horror. He guarantees that viewers can relate to it.

However, before you get too excited for the "Five Nights at Freddy's" film, you should slow down because according to Christian Today it might be delayed due to "Five Nights at Freddy's: Sister Location." The report did not explain how the "FNAF" spinoff would affect the release date of the film. However, since Scott Cawthon already said that he will be releasing the game in chapters, we anticipate that there's more work for "FNAF: Sister Location."
