Cara Delevingne Touches On Brad Pitt-Angelina Jolie Split, Says She Admires Actress For How She Turned Pain Into Power

Weeks have passed since Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie have announced that they are getting a divorce after two years of getting married and the issue remains to be a hot topic. Model Care Delevingne recently commented on the issue saying that she admires how the actress turned her pain into her power.

Delevingne expressed her support for Jolie on Instagram. The model posted a photo of Jolie and wrote that her admiration for the actress is endless and that she also admires anyone who transforms their pain into power. She added, "I admire unruly activists. I admire her continued involvement with the UN as a goodwill ambassador." Delevingne called Jolie ruthless, determined and unforgiving as the mother-of-six pushes herself to do an effort to make a difference for the refugees.

Jolie has been visiting the war-torn countries in the past years and months and has been appealing to the people to help the displaced to get back to their country and liv in peace.

Delevingne did not stop there as she expressed that Jolie has inspired her to follow her dreams regarding being an actress and maybe one day be a director just like Jolie is. She used the hashtag "#GirlHero" in pertaining to Jolie for the "Girl Up Campaign" of the United Nations, Perez Hilton reported.

Aside from Jolie, Delevingne also posted a photo of the well-known feminist, Gloria Steinem. She also praised Steinem for her perseverance and her fight over gender and race equality, Us Weekly reported.

More on Jolie, it remains unclear what led to her filing for divorce from Pitt. It has been reported in the past that it is due to the fact that Pitt physically and verbally abused one of their six children while they were on their way home to Los Angeles from Paris.

Jolie requested for sole custody over their children and Pitt will only be granted visitation rights. They share six children together namely Maddox, Pax, Zahara, Shiloh, and their twins, Knox and Vivienne.

She is yet to comment on Delevingne's praises.
