Bristol Palin Pregnant: Dakota Mayer Makes a Statement & Bristol Says Baby Was 'Planned'

When Bristol Palin announced her second pregnancy out of wedlock, the avalanche of negative criticism towards her family and her lifestyle was to be expected. In fact, even Sarah Palin's controversial daughter herself seemed to have predicted it as she reiterated her need for privacy a couple times since she broke the news herself in her blog. However, Bristol is once again addressing the issue surrounding Baby No. 2 as she claims to find some comments regarding her present condition "unacceptable," according to People Magazine.

In her blog entry, titled "My Little Blessing," Bristol cautioned the public to know what she has to say regarding the issue before anyone continues to "judge," mock" and "talk about" her. She goes on to point out that "none of us is perfect," acknowledging the fact she "made a mistake." However, Bristol clarifies that "it's not the mistake all these giddy a$holes have loved to assume."

"This pregnancy was actually planned," she informs her readers, presumably targeting those who say that Baby No. 2 is another unplanned incident. She add, "Everyone knows I wanted more kids, to have a bigger family. Believing I was heading that way, I got ahead of myself. Things didn't go as planned, but life keeps going. Life moves on."

These statements come in contrast with how readers could have understood her earlier post announcing the pregnancy, titled "Big News." In the said blog entry, Bristol broke the news about her second child and stated that she knows fully well that this will come as a "disappointment" to her friends and loved ones.

However, it appears that the public may have misunderstood her statements as Bristol now clarifies that she does "not regret this baby." She explains, "This baby is not a disappointment, and I cannot wait to be a mom times two. Tripp is going to make the best big brother!"

Meanwhile, Dakota Meyer, the baby's rumored father and Bristol former fiancé, finally broke his social media silence via Facebook, according to Military Times. In a post directed towards the government's futile efforts to curb terrorism, the Medal of Honor recipient urged his fans and followers to find ways to contribute to the pressing concern instead of merely relying on the information provided by the government.

Within the past 24 hours there have been three terrorist style attacks across the world. There has been an incident at...

Meanwhile, Bristol acknowledges that the public's reaction to her situation was expected, saying that she knew she would be "completely crucified." However, she makes it clear that she never had the intention of having the child aborted despite the potential backlash she would receive. She says, "I never even thought of aborting this child, NO MATTER WHAT THE CIRCUMSTANCE. (Sorry to the ghouls at Gawker, who said this baby is an argument FOR abortion. Not happening.)" Bristol is referring to the headline published by the media outlet which read, "Bristol Palin Makes Great Argument for Abortion in Baby Announcement."

While she admits that she not in an "ideal situation" at the moment, she also notes that "life is important even if it's not in the most absolute ideal circumstance." Bristol writes, "This is more confirmation on what I've always stood for. I've always been pro-life and I am standing for life now." She ends her entry with these parting words, presumably directed to her detractors with regard her second pregnancy, "Deal with it."
