Katie Holmes spent a day with her nine-year-old daughter, Suri, at the happiest place on earth, Disneyland, on the eve of her three-year anniversary split from ex-husband, Tom Cruise.

The mother and daughter were having fun in Disneyland and the Dawson Creek star shared a snapshot of their bonding in Instagram.

In the photo, Suri appeared to be looking at the Mickey-adorned Ferris wheel while Holmes, 36, was on her back, holding her daughter with her face down, facing Suri like she was kissing her little one. She captioned the photo with "Nothing like a day @disneyland #weareblessed."

In a report from People, Holmes usually keeps her daughter out of her social media, but the celebrity mom still upload photos of them together. Days before Suri's birthday, Holmes posted a photo of them wearing overlarge orange sunglasses with matching rings. The photo was taken when the duo attended the Kid's Choice Awards together, enjoying the show with the rest of the audience.

Katie Holmes and Jamie Foxx never admitted their relationship. The couple denies anything special between them and is hardly spotted together in public. However, a source tells OK! Magazine, "Katie is at Jamie's house a few nights a week, and she couldn't look happier when she drives away in the morning," Celeb Dirty Laundry reveals.

In a report from Us Weekly, when Holmes returned from the Met Gala in New York in May, her first call was for Jamie. A source said, "She called him the minute she got off her plane and said she loved him. She said she loved him. She always gushes about how amazing he is and the joy he brings into the world."

The couple could be denying their relationship out of respect to Cruise as Cruise and Foxx had been close friends prior to the divorce. Some say that Holmes wanted to make her relationship with Foxx private for her daughter Suri. Sources close to Katie said, "Suri is Katie's top priority, which Jamie totally respects. So they are content to wait for the right time to go public," Inquisitr writes.

However, Katie's representative is quick to squash the rumors between Foxx and Holmes. The representative said, "Katie is not dating anyone. She's not gushing about anyone. These stories are untrue."

On the other hand, Tom Cruise is linked to his film production assistant, Emily, 22, who bears a resemblance to Holmes. Holmes and Emily share the same strong facial features, flattering bone structure and long brown hair that the two could be considered sisters, Mail Online notes.
