Ginger Spice Geri Halliwell-Horner Pregnant With Second Baby: Baby Key to Spice Girls Reunion, According to Mel C

It's truly raining spice and everything nice with Ginger Spice Geri Halliwell-Horner's recent birth announcement on Instagram. Aside from expecting a second little bundle of joy, Ginger Spice's baby apparently brought back the Spice Girls together and put all the girls on the same page after previous failed agreements regarding their reunion details.

Sporty Spice Melanie Chisholm (aka Mel C) reveals that this new baby announcement helped settle the existing differences in opinion regarding the Spice Girls reunion.

In an interview with the Daily Star, Mel C admits that the happy news of Geri Halliwell-Horner's second baby was a wake up call all about what's truly important: "Thank God Geri is pregnant... Some of my relationships with some of the girls in the band have been difficult at times but I will never not love them," Mel C says.

Ginger Spice is absolutely excited about becoming a mommy again, and her husband Christian Horner shares her joy over this news. Geri's daughter from a previous relationship Bluebell is already ten years old. Geri Halliwell-Hornerproudly wore her baby bump in the Attitude Awards in a regal and dark blue Roberto Cavalli gown hours after her It's Raining Men-inspired caricature announcement on Instagram.

Mel C recently had a public rift with Scary Spice Mel B after the latter jokingly called her and Victoria Beckham 'bitches' during an interview with James Corden on his late night show. But she quickly retracted the cheeky comment and told Corden that they understand and support Victoria's existing commitments with her new fashion line and Mel C's activities.

The rumors continued to circulate that there is still some strain since it was only Mel B, Emma Bunton, and Geri Halliwell-Horner who agreed to have a reunion in celebration of the 20^th anniversary of the Spice Girls' hit song Wannabe last August. Significantly, former English pop group already hit the headlines when Mel B unfollowed her on both Twitter and Instagram last June.
