Kristin Cavallari On Parenting Using Goat's Milk, Being An Author And Doing Reality TV Again

Former "The Hills" reality TV star, Kristin Cavallari, is gaining attention with her parenting skills. She is facing a lot of criticisms on the issue regarding feeding her children with milk that came from goats.

In an article published by She Knows, Kristin Cavallari is looking like she is all up in the mom-game when she went ahead on defending her choice of using goat's milk to feed her babies. She even said that there are millions of recipes online that parents could look into when it comes to using goat's milk. The now mother-of-three is so convinced about the benefits of goat's milk, especially when she said that her pediatrician even approved the use of it.

This whole issue was brought up since her revelation in March saying she only uses organic food and ingredients when it comes to feeding her kids. Kristin Cavallari, 29, is a firm believer of real and organic food that she refuses to include processed food for her children to have growing up. She is the type of mom who would read the label first before purchasing any food in the grocery store. Cavallari is very particular with the ingredients that involve in a given meal that she would go through the meticulous process of even researching what is in a particular food to be sure that her kids are only eating healthy meals.

The "Laguna Beach" reality star is also an author of her own book, "Balancing in Heels." In her book you will find lots of her experiences and tips in motherhood. Now that she is starting to gain popularity again, fans of Laguna Beach and The Hills are now wondering if she will ever return on TV. In an interview with People Magazine, Kristin Cavallari said she is not ready to work yet because she wants to focus on taking care of her kids first.
