Actor Daniel Day-Lewis' Son Gabriel Stuns at Vogue Gala, Model-Musician Someone to Watch Out For

The eldest son of three-time Oscar winner Daniel Day-Lewis, Gabriel-Kane Day-Lewis, is getting a lot of attention from the media these days. The 20-year-old was recently seen at a big Vogue Gala on Monday night in Paris, and he made quite an impression.

Standing out in a navy blue suit with black lapels, he stunned the gala's crowd with his bleached blonde hair, piercing blue eyes and strong jaw line. He was actually wearing a similar suit his father wore at the Oscar's in 2013, prompting the crowd to say that he looked and exuded the same confidence as the elder Day-Lewis, the Daily Mail reported.

The following night, Gabriel walked the red carpet as the escort of actress and family friend, Julianne Moore, and shared a video of the moment in Instagram. "Repost from @voguebrasil of me escorting the ravishing Julianne Moore to our roulette table at the @chanelofficial fashion show," the young man wrote.

Prior to that, he shared a photo of The Chanel Squad, as he modeled in the fashion show. "What an amazing show... Was so honored to be a part of it. Posting a few pictures from it soon. Well done to everyone who participated in it," he captioned the photo.

His appearance in the event has prompted Elle Magazine to dub him as their "new eyebrow crush," a fact that the young Day-Lewis also shared on Instagram. Amused by the "honor," he wrote, "Hahaha this is the best thing ever. Thanks @elleusa I'm flattered."

Gabriel is the son of Daniel, 58, with former wife, French actress Isabelle Adjani, 60. Though the relationship of the father and son is not widely written about in the press, Gabriel, like many young kids today, expressed his love for his father on social media during Father's Day, according to Metro UK.

"Happy father's to the most compassionate, supportive and loving dad I could ever possibly ask for. We've stuck together through thick and thin but you never lost faith in the strength that our relationship is made up of. I'll miss you this summer. Thank you for making me feel like I am worthy of the incredible bond that we have. I'm proud to be your [son] and more importantly, call you my father," he wrote.

It's also not like the gala was Gabriel's first time in the public eye as he is slowly establishing himself in the fashion world as a model. He's also charting his niche in the music industry as a singer-songwriter with an LP due for release this month as posted in Twitter.
