‘The Flash’ Season 3 Episode 5 Spoilers, Teaser, Recap: New Dr. Wells Keeps Hidden Agenda; Is He The Reverse Flash Once Again?

"The Flash" Season 3 Episode 5 entitled "Monster" is expected to see Caitlin Snow seeking the help of her mother Dr. Tannhauser to understand her metahuman power she still keeps from her friends. Caitlin, however, could not be the only one keeping secrets because it seems that the new Dr. Harrison Wells from Earth-19 also keeps a hidden agenda as seen in the promo revealed for the next episode. Could the new Dr. Wells turn to be the next big enemy on "The Flash" Season 3?

"The Flash" Season 3 Episode 5 synopsis revealed that Caitlin will once again try to reconcile with her mother because she is the only person who can help Caitlin in her current condition. However, Caitlin will apparently feel that her mother will only use her as a test subject. That said, Caitlin is expected to burst in anger and reveal the reasons why she chose to leave away from his mother who she previously accused of being cold-hearted.

"The Flash" Season 5 promo, meanwhile, revealed a new metahuman monster that Barry Allen need to take down. It is the first time that Dr. Wells from Earth-19 will help Barry on a mission. However, the promo teased that Dr. Wells might be keeping the real reason why he agreed to join "The Flash" team. With the events being changed because of Flashpoint, nothing seems impossible, including the reversal of Reverse Flash' death.

Reverse Flash may have died in Barry's original timeline but because of Flashpoint, he may turn to be alive on "The Flash" Season 3, The Reporter Times reported. To recall, Reverse Flash is a speedster from the future who ran back in the past to kill Barry which he failed to accomplish. Because of this, it may be possible that he still wants to exact his revenge on Barry in the new timeline created by Flashpoint on "The Flash" Season 3.
