According to Deadline, Aml Ameen was fired in "Sense8" after a feud with co-creator and executive producer Lana Wachowski. The conflict started in "Sense8" Season 2 table read but worsened with production filmed in India.

One reader commented that Aml Ameen has issues working with transsexuals. In fact, the British actor is not the most LGBT friendly star in the industry. His character in "Sense8" has been recast with Toby Onwumere playing the new Capheus.
