iPhone 8 Rumors, Latest News & Updates: Apple Revealed The New Model's Features; Unveils Screen Size Variants And Display Features

Just a couple of months ago, Apple has just released the iPhone 7 along with the iPhone 7 Plus. Today, the next iPhone 8 is on the hot seat is several reports and rumors are spreading with regards to its specs and design.

According to Tech Times, the next iPhone 8 is expected to have a new design, since Apple was using almost the same design three years ago until iPhone 7. It has been said in the report that it could have an OLED screen as an upgrade to the traditional IPS screen.

In a different report held by the Mirror, iPhone 8 is rumored to arrive in different screen sizes. 3 different sizes will be featured that includes a 4.7 inch, 5 and 5.5 inch "and was said to arrive in the near future. The iPhone 8 will be using the same metal body and won't be using the rumored glass body from the recent reports.

We may remember the report by the Nikkei Asian Review back in August that the next iPhone 8 is set to have a curved display. It may seem to be coming from its competitor Samsung Electronics as the report said.

The next generation smartphone by Apple is also rumored to feature a dual lens camera. This will be a big leap for Apple if those features for the iPhone 8 will be a reality as its competitors are starting to upgrade every feature and specs like the great Samsung smartphones.

Since the release of iPhone 7, Apple is starting to take away any forms of traditional components such as the 3.5 mm headset jack which was replaced by the new Lightning port. It has been reported that Apple might also come up with the wireless and fast charging capabilities for the iPhone 8. Apple is also expected to consider a more battery life for apps and gaming purposes.
