'Blue Bloods' Season 7 Spoilers, News, Updates:Tom Selleck Leads To Show's Cancellation

Nothing is definite yet whether Tom Selleck stays or he has to be replaced to allow "Blue Bloods'" production to profit. It is rumored that a big chunk of the show's revenue goes to his talent fee.

Aside from the notable detective character of Tom Selleck, Episode 6 of "Blue Bloods" Season 7also features Danny Reagan (Donnie Wahlberg). Wahlberg is equally charismatic as Tom Selleck for the detective role. It is noted that most press releases are focused with following his character, according to TV Guide.

Is this an indication that "Blue Bloods" is shifting its main character into Danny Reagan or Wahlberg's character? This is another possibility for the show to stay longer without Tom Selleck's leading role.

In Episode 6 of "Blue Bloods" Season 7, Reagan suspects that his investigation on a car accident has gathered all the pieces of evidence that can already draw a conclusion if foul play is involved in the crash.

In the "Whistleblowers," Reagan witnesses how a woman is fatally hit by a car on the road. He alerted the person nearby to call 911 while he quickly checks on the victim. She did not make it but Reagan got involved greatly in the investigation of the incident in "Blue Bloods" Season 7 episode.

He was overwhelmed as the "Blue Bloods" investigations continued. Tests indicate that the woman is positive of the traces of party drugs. However, the forensic expert's comments on how she managed to walk away and talk under the strong influence.

That leads them to believe that she was drugged and struggled to bring herself to safety despite the heavy condition that she was feeling while escaping. One discovery leads to another. The death of the woman eventually can point to a more serious drug crime.

That does not stop there. Stories of power abuses are also on the line for the dashing detective to find out, based on TV Fanatic's review. The excitements will continue on Friday night via CBS - with or without their patriarch, Frank (Tom Selleck).
