'Fairy Tail' Manga Chapter 508 Spoilers, Speculations: Will Erza's Relation To Irene Lead To Her Betrayal Of The Guild?

So many questions were left unanswered in the "Fairy Tail" manga chapter 507. "Fairy Tail" chapter 508 will be released soon and readers are hoping for some conclusion to the cliffhanger ending in the previous chapter release.

To recap, chapter 507 of "Fairy Tail" saw Erza doing her best to interfere in the battle between Natsu Dragneel and Gray Fullbuster. Erza blocked their attacks on each other, and she breaks into tears as she calls her friends idiots for fighting each other, asking them to stop and remember how they fought on the same side in the past.

It was enough to convince Natsu and Gray to stop fighting. The two however suffered injuries that Wendy could not heal. The group then decided that the injured members of their parties will be taken to Porlyusica.

Before they could get to their destination, the "Fairy Tail" characters were met with an explosion and the sudden appearance of Irene Belserion, who as exclaimed by Wendy, looked eerily familiar to Erza Scarlet.

And now the question on everyone's mind that needs to be answered in "Fairy Tail" chapter 508 is how exactly are Irene and Erza related? There are several speculations on the true connection between the strongest woman of the Spriggan 12, and the mage from Fairy Tail Guild.

According to Inquisitr , various theories such as that Irene and Erza are relatives, could be sisters or even mother and daughter. Another theory is that they are one and the same, but Irene is from another future or alternate universe. This could be true after Irene's cryptic "I am you and you are me" statement to Erza. If this is true, this could lead to a possible betrayal by Erza in the future.

Other spoilers for "Fairy Tail" chapter 508 include Gray and Natsu actually setting aside their previous fight in order to work together to defeat the rest of the Spriggan army.
