Luke Skywalker is hinted at getting extra mind powers and Kylo Ren's garb has evolved into a Darth Vader-inspired costume. Fans are already theorizing on this new Jedi ability provided to Luke Skywalker.

The cliffhanger ending of "Star Wars Episode 7" had various types of fans excitedly waiting for the next installment. According to Melty, apart from the interesting story arcs and rumors surrounding Rey and Kylo Ren's character, Luke Skywalker has a few additional tricks potentially up his hooded sleeve. This was based on a Mark Hamill interview where he admitted that there was a filmed scene where he was calmly sitting on a rock and surrounded by some special effects.

Some fans speculate that this scene pertains to a new power called Force vision where he can see the Jedi future. Aside from this, a more detailed look of Luke Skywalker's new costume for "Star Wars Episode 8" was showcased recently to the public. His last foray before murdering his father Han Solo in "Star Wars Episode 7" involved a seemingly fetish or fascination for Darth Vader. It was also half-inspired by Luke Skywalker's "Return of the Jedi" costume.
