'Fast And Furious 8' Update: CGI Paul Walker Returns In 'Fast 8'; The Rock Leaves After Tiff With Vin Diesel?

In the last installment of the popular franchise of "Fast And fFurious", we see Paul Walker's character Brian O'Connor bid good bye to the dangerous world of fast cars to focus on his family. Now, with the upcoming "Fast 8" movie, fans are wondering if Brian O'Connor will be making an appearance.

It might be far off to see Brian O'Connor again on the big screen since the actor, Paul Walker, playing that titular character in the "Fast And Furious" franchise died in a tragic accident last year. With the help of technology and the late actor's brothers, the film production was able to give the audience a CGI Paul Walker and this might happen in "Fast 8" again.

Many fans suspect that CGI Paul Walker will be back as Brian O'Connor in the "Fast And Furious 8" ever since news of Paul Walker's brother Cody having signed a contract to be in the upcoming "Fast And Furious" films. But in the cast list for "Fast 8", Cody Walker's name was not included.

Others are speculating that Cody Walker isn't back as a body double for Paul Walker in the next "Fast 8" movie but to the last two "Fast And Furious" installment as a new character. Some fan theories are saying the Cody Walker could be playing Brian O'Connor's brother in "Fast 8" or another race car driver.

What is confirmed though is the appearance of Paul Walker in the "Fast 8" film in any capacity. It might be through pictures, a phone call from supposedly Brian O'Connor or a cameo of CGI Paul Walker.

Now if a CGI Paul Walker would be back for the films, can the same be said with The Rock? Dwayne Johnson aka The Rock plays Luke Hobbs in the "Fast And Furious" franchise. During the last day of filming for the upcoming "Fast 8" movie, The Rock snidely call out one of the male cast members "candy asses".

Many are pointing out Vin Diesel who plays Dominic Toretto in the "Fast And Furious" films as the so-called "candy ass". A few weeks after The Rock's allegations, other cast members like Tyrese and Ludacris appear to take Vin Diesel's side on this so-called conflict. Unfortunately, we'll never really know what's really going on with the "Fast 8" cast members but sources are saying a secret meeting was called and a resolution was met.

Whatever may be happening behind the scenes, fans are looking forward to the last few films in the "Fast And Furious" franchise. The next movie, "Fast 8" will be hitting theaters this coming April 2017.
