'XXX: Return Of Xander Cage' Release Date, News & Update: Vin Diesel Returns As Xander Cage

The most awaited threequel to the 2002 "Triple X" that is also starred by Vin Diesel is coming to cinemas this 2017. The original sequel, "XXX: State of the Nation" starred by, Ice Cube as Darius Stone, was not that hyped than the first one which Vin Diesel was on.

Many fans of the movie at that time were disappointed of the sequel due to the fact that a different actor was cast according to Forbes. It was also not that extreme when it comes to the movements or stunts of the protagonist.

In 2006, Mr. Diesel told reporters that he will come back as Xander Cage on the sequel of the "Triple X" movie "XXX: Return of Xander Cage".  Various actors and actresses have been included in the film, such as the popular names of Tony Jaa, Donnie Yen, and Nina Dobrev to name a few.

Conor McGregor was invited for the film but opted out to concentrate on his MMA career and said he does not want any distractions according to Cinema Blend. Due to the unavailability of Mr. McGregor, Neymar, a football star was contacted instead to join the film.

Mr. Samuel L. Jackson set to return as Xander's commander in chief in the said film. It is said that on this upcoming movie, Darius Stone played by ICE CUBE, would make an appearance on the upcoming movie but yet to be finalized or confirmed.

Mr. Diesel posted on his Instagram photos during the filming of the said movie and is very happy to do it again as Xander Cage, the extreme daredevil turned spy to save millions of innocent lives. Being able to do the character again deserves a vacation more than what BORA-BORA can offer as what he asked as a reward on the first film.

The movie started filming on places such as, Canada, Dominican Republic and the Philippines. The movie is set to be out on the second or third week of January of the year 2017 by Paramount Pictures.
