'God Of War 4' Release Date, Latest News & Updates: Gameplay, Kratos As A Father

Kratos, known to be the anti-hero of the gaming universe has come back into the gaming industry as a father to an unknown boy. Early this year, a sample trailer or an opening mission of the game was released by Sony for the viewers to enjoy and to boost up their expectations to the game.

As the demo starts, a boy, who was not named, called Kratos a father and was told that he will be hunting for a meal. Viewers were confused on who the boy was or how Kratos ended up as a father to the boy.

Kratos speaks of a "mother" but never named who she was. The demo lasted for almost 10 minutes of gameplay, and has various options to roam around.

The upcoming game shows the other side of Kratos making him a full bearded man and an obvious change of age when it comes to his physical appearance as described in Gameradar.

But don't be fooled on what Kratos looked like. As seen in the demo, Kratos may have aged but the brute force remains as he takes down a troll that is four or five time his size and able to land some super heavy punches.

Gamers are actually excited about this game for the reason that it has a unique gameplay and became a lot more different from the three previous games of "God of War" as shown in Play Station Lifestyle.  An interesting storyline captures the attention of gamers as well as viewers of the said game, creating various talks throughout the world and a massive spread through the internet of the demo.

Sony, for now, doesn't like to answer questions on what is the game about or what improvements have been made. What is now known is that, Kratos is a father to a son and will be a teacher for future endeavors.

The game will be released in the year 2017.
